 AJAX - Getting Started

Prerequisites

You will first need to install the correct AJAX Toolkit. Instructions for doing this are at

http://weblogs.asp.net/yousefjadallah/archive/2010/04/16/installing-ajax-control-toolkit-4-in-visual-studio-2010.aspx

This is pretty easy to follow step by step instructions. I recommend downloading the toolkit, putting it in a directory under Visual Studio, extracting it - and then working with it from there.

Summary

This installs the Ajax Control Toolkit and shows how to drop an Edit control on a page.

Topics Covered in this Video;

-Installing AJAX
-AJAX Toolkits
-Errors and Troubleshooting in Ajax
-Changing Textbox to HTML Editor
